What services are included in the sale price?
The price includes shipping insurance, a 1-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. We've also taken care of the 5%–15% sales tax for you—no additional tax will be charged at checkout.
Does my height suit the X7?
The recommended rider height is 4'3" - 6'6".
Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the electric dirt bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
Why did I buy two electric dirt bike but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each electric dirt bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.
What's your warranty policy?
Aipas offers a one-year warranty on all electric dirt bike, for more specific warranties, please check our warranty policy
