4. Battery & Charging
How long does the battery take to fully charge?
Our bikes take approximately 6–8 hours to fully charge with the original manufacturer charger, depending on the model. We recommend a full 12-hour charge before your first ride.
What type of battery do the bikes use?
Our Evoltrix bikes are equipped with high-quality lithium-ion batteries:
- Evoltrix X7: 48V 20.8Ah
- ROGUE MX-01 / Conqueror X: 48V 23Ah
All batteries are designed for durability and consistent off-road performance.
What charger should I use?
Only use the original Evoltrix charger supplied with your bike. Using third-party or incompatible chargers may damage the battery and void your product warranty.
What are the core battery safety guidelines?
- Do not open, modify, or attempt to remove the non-removable battery pack.
- Keep the charging port and connectors dry and clean; never expose them to water, ice, or metal objects.
- Charge on a stable, non-flammable surface, away from heat sources, direct sunlight, children, and pets.
- Do not leave the battery unattended while charging, and do not charge indoors.
- Do not charge the battery in ambient temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C.
- Keep the charging port cap closed when the port is not in use.
How should I store the bike and battery for long periods?
For long-term storage:
- Keep the battery at a partial charge, and top up the charge every 2–3 months. Avoid leaving the battery in a near-empty state for extended periods.
- Before storage, clean and fully dry the bike, lightly lubricate the chain and mechanical pivots (avoid all braking surfaces), and inflate the tires to the recommended PSI.
- Store the bike in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (ideal battery storage temperature is ~20°C / 68°F).
- Keep the bike powered OFF, and use a breathable cover to reduce dust buildup (avoid plastic tarps that trap moisture).
5. Riding, Safety & Maintenance
Why is my bike’s runtime or range shorter than expected?
Common causes include:
- The battery is not fully charged
- Low rear tire pressure
- Continuous high-speed riding, frequent braking, heavy loads, headwinds, or repeated hill climbs
- An aged battery that can no longer hold a full charge
To resolve, fully charge the battery, inflate the tires to the recommended PSI, and ride at a moderate speed to optimize range. If the battery has degraded, contact our support team for inspection and replacement.
What happens if the bike gets wet?
Our bikes are built with water-resistant components to handle light rain, splashes, and wet off-road conditions. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours, through deep standing water, or submerging the vehicle for prolonged periods, as this may cause damage not covered by your warranty. Wet conditions also increase braking distance and the risk of slipping.
What safety gear do I need to ride the bike?
Always wear a certified helmet when operating your Evoltrix bike. We also strongly recommend using protective gloves, knee/elbow pads, and proper closed-toe footwear. Never ride in sandals or high heels.
What pre-ride inspections should I perform?
Before every ride, check the brakes, handlebar grips, tire pressure, lights, and all fasteners to ensure they are properly installed and tightened. Also verify that the brake system correctly cuts off motor power before riding.
What riding conditions should I avoid?
- Avoid riding in heavy rain, snow, ice, or flooded roads.
- Do not attempt large jumps, aggressive off-road stunts, or unsafe maneuvers, as the bike is not designed for this type of extreme use.
- Avoid night riding unless absolutely necessary. If you must ride at night, use the bike’s integrated lights and reflectors, and wear reflective clothing.
When should I not ride the bike?
Do not ride if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have any impairments (vision, hearing, seizures, or physical limitations). Never ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs your judgment.
What regular maintenance does the bike require?
To keep your Evoltrix bike in optimal condition:
- Check tire pressure, brakes, and fasteners before every ride
- Clean the bike after each ride, especially after exposure to mud, dirt, or moisture
- Lightly lubricate the drive chain regularly to prevent grinding or abnormal noise
- Follow the full maintenance schedule outlined in the user manual
- Do not disassemble or modify the bike with non-original parts, as this will void your warranty
Why won’t my bike start or run?
To resolve common issues:
- Fully charge the battery (first charge ~12 hours, standard recharges 6–8 hours depending on model)
- Check that all cables and connectors are firmly seated to the controller and free of damage
- Ensure the brake levers are not engaged, as they cut power to the motor
- Verify the battery key is inserted and turned on, and the main power switch is in the ON position
If issues persist, contact our support team for further assistance.
6. Warranty & After-Sales Support
What is not covered under the warranty?

- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, or use of non-approved parts/chargers
- Commercial, rental, competition use, or high-risk stunts/jumps leading to accelerated wear or damage

How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim, contact our support team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You must provide your order information, a detailed description of the issue, and photo/video evidence of the defect. Additional documentation may be requested for diagnosis. If your claim is approved, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement part or repair service. Unauthorized returns or applications with incomplete documentation may be denied or delayed.
What should I do if an error code appears on the display?
If an error code appears on the display, first refer to the error code guide in the user manual to perform basic checks and fixes (e.g., reseat loose connectors, verify throttle/brake lever function). If the error code remains after completing the recommended steps, power-cycle the bike and contact our support team for further diagnosis.

Yes. All Evoltrix electric bikes purchased directly from our official website include a limited manufacturer's warranty for the original purchaser (the warranty is non-transferable). Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty periods are as follows:
- Frame / Chassis structure: 12 months (excludes damage from deliberate heavy impact)

7. Legal & Compliance
Is the Evoltrix bike street legal?
Our Evoltrix bikes are designed and manufactured exclusively for off-road use only. They are not certified for on-road, public street, or highway use in the United States. It is the sole responsibility of the rider to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding off-road vehicle operation in your area.

Licensing requirements vary by state and local jurisdiction for off-road vehicles. We strongly recommend checking with your local department of motor vehicles (DMV) or off-road vehicle authority to confirm the specific rules and requirements in your area before riding.
How can I avoid scams and fake listings?
As Evoltrix grows in popularity, online scams attempting to take advantage of our customers may appear. To protect yourself:
- Always purchase exclusively from our official website: www.evoltrix-store.com
- Be cautious of unrealistically low prices — if a deal looks too good to be true, it is.
- Verify the seller’s details: fake sites often hide or falsify contact information, official links, and business details.
- If you’re ever unsure about a website, promotion, or seller claiming to represent Evoltrix, contact our team directly at Support@evoltrix-store.com to verify.
