At Evoltrix, we want to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer. Please review the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Areas and Methods
We only provide domestic shipping services within the United States. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Shipping Warehouse: All orders are shipped exclusively from our US warehouse.

Shipping Coverage: We only ship to valid addresses within the United States.

Shipping Fee: All eligible orders qualify for free standard shipping with no additional delivery fees.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
All order processing and delivery timelines are estimated and for reference only.
2.1 Processing Time

Standard orders are processed and shipped within5–10 business days from the purchase date.

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM PST may start same-day processing.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

No processing or shipping services are available on weekends and US federal holidays.
2.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States: 5–10 business days.

Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.
2.3 Delay Disclaimer

We strive to follow the stated shipping schedules, but delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, carrier suspension, logistical disruptions, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Evoltrix is not liable for any delays, losses or additional fees caused by uncontrollable external factors.

To ensure order security, we may conduct order information verification, which may cause a short processing delay.
3. Delivery Reminders & Undelivered Rules

Customers must provide a valid phone number at checkout to allow carriers to contact you for smooth delivery.

All domestic US shipments do not require customs clearance or incur import duties.

Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping location and US state & local tax laws.

If you refuse delivery or fail to accept the package for personal reasons, you will be fully responsible for all incurred return shipping fees and restocking fees.
4. Pre-Order Terms
Pre-orders are advance purchases that allow customers to reserve out-of-stock products before new inventory arrives at our warehouse.
4.1 Pre-Order Shipping

Each pre-order product displays its estimated shipping date on the product page.

Pre-order items will be dispatched within 5–10 business days after new stock arrives at our US warehouse.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.
4.2 Pre-Order Cancellation

You may cancel your pre-order before shipment by contacting our support team via Support@evoltrix-store.com.

A 3% cancellation fee will be applied to cover pre-order system processing and operational costs.
5. Product Usage Legal Disclaimer

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all Evoltrix electric motorbikes are used in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations of the United States.

Compliance requirements include public road usage restrictions, minimum age requirements, and official vehicle equipment standards.

Evoltrix assumes no liability for any illegal use, unauthorized modification, failed registration, or legal consequences arising from improper product operation by customers.
