Does my Evoltrix Electric Dirt Bike come pre-assembled ?
Your Electric Dirt Bike will be delivered partially assembled. Simply unpack it and install it. For unpacking and installation instructions, please refer to our Assembly Guide & Manual.
Do I need a special license to ride an Electric Dirt Bike ?
Evoltrix Electric Dirt Bike are designed with adherence to US regulations. Please rest assured that riders don't need any special license to ride our bikes. We recommend riders to be 14+ years old.
Can I ride Evoltrix Electric Dirt Bike on rainy days ?
You can ride in light rain without worrying about slippery surfaces or damage from raindrops. We do not recommend riding e-bikes in heavy rain or excessively wet conditions. Regarding waterproof ratings, Evoltrix Electric Dirt Bike meet IPX6 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
Can I ride an Electric Dirt Bike if the battery runs out ?
If your electric off-road motorcycle's battery runs out of power, you must recharge it to continue riding. Therefore, we recommend that you charge the battery when it is below 20% to avoid being unable to ride due to the inability to recharge in the wild.
What safety gear do I need to ride the Electric Dirt Bike ?
Always wear a certified helmet when operating your Evoltrix bike. We also strongly recommend using protective gloves, knee/elbow pads, and proper closed-toe footwear. Never ride in sandals or high heels.
