Evoltrix Warranty Policy

At Evoltrix, we stand firmly behind the quality of all our electric dirt bikes. We provide a formal limited manufacturer warranty to guarantee product quality and protect your legitimate shopping rights. Please read the following Warranty Policy carefully to understand your coverage, eligibility, and claim procedures.

1. Warranty Eligibility & Applicability

Our official after-sales warranty service is exclusively applicable to products purchased directly from our official website (evoltrix-store.com). Third-party purchases do not qualify for our official warranty support.
  • Offline & Third-Party Purchase Note: If your electric dirt bike is purchased from unauthorized platforms, resellers, or physical stores other than our official website, please contact your original seller directly for all after-sales and warranty support. We do not provide direct warranty services for non-official orders.
  • Warranty Duration: All eligible electric dirt bikes enjoy a 12-month limited warranty, valid from the date the customer receives the product.
  • Original Owner Only: This warranty is non-transferable and exclusively valid for the initial purchaser with valid official order records.

2. Valid Warranty Coverage Conditions

Your product can only obtain official warranty coverage if all the following conditions are fully met:
  • You are the original purchaser and can provide valid proof of purchase, including official order number, order record, or purchase receipt.
  • The product is used strictly in accordance with the official owner’s manual and limited to its designated off-road purpose.
  • The product has not been privately modified, disassembled, tampered with, or altered in any way that affects structural safety, operational performance, and original equipment integrity.
  • Product failures and defects are confirmed to be caused by original manufacturing flaws in materials and workmanship, rather than human factors or external damage.

3. Components Covered by Limited Warranty

Within the 12-month valid warranty period, we provide free replacement and after-sales support for core components with manufacturing defects:
  • Battery: 12-month warranty coverage for original manufacturing defects
  • Controller: 12-month warranty coverage for original manufacturing defects
  • Motor: 12-month warranty coverage for original manufacturing defects
  • Throttle: 12-month warranty coverage for original manufacturing defects
  • Display Screen: 12-month warranty coverage for original manufacturing defects
  • LED Lights: 12-month warranty coverage for original manufacturing defects
  • Frame: 12-month warranty coverage for original manufacturing defects
  • Electrical Wiring Harness: 12-month warranty coverage for original manufacturing defects
Excluded Consumable Parts: Daily consumable components and regular maintenance accessories are not covered by the warranty, including tires, chains, sprockets, brake pads, and other wearing parts.

4. Warranty Exclusions (Non-Covered Items)

This limited warranty does not apply to any damage, failure, or defects caused by the following situations:

4.1 Accidental Damage & Improper Use

  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, falls, abuse, or violent use.
  • Damage from abnormal use such as stunt riding, racing, and over-limit off-road activities beyond the product’s design scope.
  • Product damage caused by improper storage, long-term exposure to extreme weather, humid, corrosive, or harsh environments.

4.2 Unauthorized Modification & Repair

  • Defects or damage caused by private disassembly, structural modification, software alteration, and non-original part replacement.
  • Faults arising from unauthorized repair behavior by non-certified personnel.

4.3 Cosmetic & Artificial Damage

  • Surface scratches, dents, paint peeling, and other cosmetic damage (excluding defects caused by original manufacturing problems).
  • Product damage with altered, defaced, removed, or illegible serial numbers and identification codes.

4.4 Normal Wear & Tear

  • Performance degradation and component aging caused by normal daily use and long-term running wear.
  • Natural consumption and aging failure of consumable parts.

4.5 Non-Official Accessories & Improper Maintenance

  • Defects and damage caused by the use of non-Evoltrix official unapproved accessories and peripheral equipment.
  • Faults caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, and adjustment that do not comply with the official user manual and installation guidelines.

4.6 External Force Majeure Factors

  • Product damage caused by fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, theft, blown fuse, and incorrect power supply use.

4.7 Special Battery Exclusions

  • Battery damage caused by using non-official chargers and incompatible charging equipment.
  • Battery failure due to improper charging habits such as overcharging, undercharging, and mismatched voltage charging.
  • Battery seal damage, disassembly traces, and artificial tampering damage.
  • Use of the original battery on non-matching Evoltrix equipment.
  • Battery capacity attenuation and performance loss caused by normal charging cycles and natural aging after the warranty period expires.

5. Shipping Damage Claim Rules

  • If the product is damaged during transportation, you must submit a damage claim to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery receipt.
  • You need to send clear high-definition photos or videos of the damaged parts via official email to verify the damage situation.
  • Free gifted accessories are not covered by warranty compensation for minor scratches and normal transportation wear.

6. Official Warranty Claim Procedure

Please strictly follow the below steps to apply for warranty service:

    • We may arrange local certified professional technicians for on-site maintenance and debugging according to the actual situation, with all official warranty costs borne by us.
    • For irreparable serious manufacturing defects, we support full product replacement or full refund at our discretion.
We recommend cooperating with local certified technicians for replacement part installation and maintenance to ensure product use safety and assembly compliance.

7. Important Warranty Notes

  • Modification Void Warranty: Any private modification, aftermarket part installation, software modification, and structural alteration will automatically void the entire warranty.
  • Non-Transferable: This official limited warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, resold, or gifted to third-party users.
  • Legal Disclaimer: This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and users may have other regional legal rights according to local laws. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, and non-compliance with official policy terms.
